First Visit

 Initial consultation

We are your ally, counselor and friend and we will help you enjoy a long, healthy and beautiful smile!

Detailed primary examination

During your first visit, we take a detailed medical and dental status and listen to all your complaints, requests and concerns about your dental needs. If necessary, we assign x-rays. Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive dental treatment appropriate for your individual dental needs and so, if necessary, we also consult with other dental and medical specialists.

Treatment plan

We believe that good dental care begins with open communication. We actively encourage our patients to communicate freely with us for every aspect of their care so that we can adapt our methods of work to the individual needs of everyone.
All of our treatment solutions are discussed with you, our patients, and are appropriate for the specific clinical case and your wishes. We are preparing a detailed treatment plan, as well as the estimated time and cost of doing it. This helps you choose the most optimal treatment option based on your current needs and future goals.

Visits filled with confidence and tranquility

Visits to a dentist cause many people discomfort, unpleasant sensations and panic caused by the dentist's office or possible manipulations. Ignorance of what will happen during treatment, negative experiences in the past (especially in childhood) and the feeling that pain may occur at any moment and that it  may become intolerable increases the sense of anxiety and fear.

Understanding how our patients feel is very important to us. Our care team creates a comfortable atmosphere in which your visit is enjoyable, filled with peace and security. We take the time to explain in detail the upcoming manipulations. Whenever you want and your health condition allows, you may be given a local anesthetic. This helps you overcome your anxiety and fear.

Schedule of Visits

We appreciate your and our time, so we try to respect the scheduled hours. The missed visit to our practice is a problem for both sides. For you, it slows down your treatment and improvement of your oral health, and does not allow our team to plan another patient in need of treatment. We understand that your engagements change and we ask you to inform us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to come to any of your appointments.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
