How to brush your teeth properly
There are about 300 different types of microorganisms in the human mouth. It is therefore important to maintain good oral hygiene. Regular and continuous brushing is the foundation of good oral health and is very important to prevent tooth decay and gum disease.

Proper brushing technique
- Place the head of the brush on the teeth in an angle of 45 degrees to the gum line.
- Carefully brush the outer surface of the teeth in a circular motion, starting from the most distal teeth and move on.
- Clean all surfaces of the teeth – next to the cheeks, tongue and palate.
- Place the toothbrush on the occlusal surfaces and clean them
- To clean the inner surfaces of the front teeth, tilt the brush vertically against the teeth and brush with the vertical movements of the gum to the tooth.

- Use tongue scraper or the back of your toothbrush .

- Periodically use tablets, that stainthe plaque in orther to see if you clean your teeth well. You can buy them from the most of the pharmacies.
